Sapphire Bayil Hotel

Our stay at Sapphire Bayil Hotel in Baku was truly amazing from beginning to end. The moment we entered, we were impressed by the elegant classic style, the beautiful decorations, the vases, and even the pleasant fragrance inside the hotel. Everything felt so well thought out and welcoming. The cleanliness was excellent, and the staff treated us with such kindness and respect. I would like to especially thank Mr. Kanaan for his wonderful hospitality. I asked him for something that was difficult for me to find, and he personally contacted another company, made many calls, and managed to bring it for me from the city. His efforts went far beyond expectations, and I am very grateful for that. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, right next to the famous Baku flag, with beautiful balconies to enjoy the view. Every part of our stay felt perfect, from the facilities to the service. Even now, I am still astonished by how great everything was. Without a doubt, if I return to Baku, I will definitely stay again at Sapphire Bayil Hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapphire Bayil during my trip to Baku, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service from the friendly and professional staff. ( Specially thanks to the Rustam and Seymur, i hope we will meet again)They truly went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. My room was nothing short of amazing, with a cozy bed, elegant decor, and a breathtaking view of the cityscape. The attention to detail and cleanliness was impeccable, making me feel right at home. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected with ease. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was just a stone's throw away from the city's top attractions, shops, and restaurants. This made exploring the area a breeze, and I was never short on things to do. One of the highlights of my stay was the scrumptious breakfast buffet offered every morning. The variety of delicious options was truly impressive, and the presentation was beautiful. I couldn't think of a better way to start my day! In conclusion, my experience at Sapphire Bayil has set a new standard for hospitality and I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you're planning to visit Baku, do yourself a favor and book a stay at this incredible establishment. You won't be disappointed!

The staff was excellent, Specially Mr. Kinan, Ms Sauda and Mr Imran were nothing but exceptional, always courteous and extending their support by attending to those small requests which make the stay pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and color scheme was pleasant. The food was good

I was very happy during my trip to Azerbaijan to stay at this hotel twice on separate occasions, due to the warm welcome and appreciation I received from the friendly and respectful staff. I informed them that my flight would be delayed, and they told me I could stay without any payment, as they extended my stay for about 6 hours — something that is almost unheard of. Thank you, Mr. (Kenan – Royal – Chanel) and all the staff. And I highly recommend them.

Staff members are very kind, friendly and supportive. They responded very promptly to our complaint about the lack of cleaning. They quickly provided new towels that hadn’t been replaced and gave shower amenities that were missing. After our complaint about the noise, they politely explained that it would be noisy until 11:00 PM and there was no need to worry.
